Girl Scouts of Hawai‘i (GSH) launched its after-school leadership pilot program called Wonders of Water (WOW!) on October 1, 2014. Girl Scouts of Hawaii has been working with Heeia Elementary School and Kapunahala Elementary to implement their program in partnership with the CAFE programs and other grants.

- CAFÉ Project Director attends the monthly Advisory Council Meetings and shares CAFÉ updates.
- Parents and Children Together provided high-quality parent and child community programs. CAFE assisted PACT – KCFC with their Science, Social Studies and 5Rs Family Engagement Events.
- CAFÉ also partnered with their Parent Leadership Training Program (PLTI). PLTI trained 20 Windward leaders to be community advocates for change.

The 21st Century Grant supports Pacific American Foundation's (PAF) continued work with the Castle Redesign Project. PAF partnered with the following non-profit and government agencies to provide cultural-based, project-based learning to Castle High students in the Ho'oulu Opio Program. Castle Complex CAFE works collaboratively with Paepae o He'eia, Luluku Farmers Association, Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology, Papahana o Kualoa and Waikalua Loko Fishponds to provideoff-campus learning opportunities to students.
